    I love this school. Joy. That's all I can think of when it comes to this school. I may have been asked to leave NCS, but it had nothing to do with the administration. Now they may be a little to strict on the discipline. But, I should not have done what I was doing. I'm sorry NCS, and I can't wait to see where y'all take off from here.

    Tim Pazo is a nightmare to work with. He is extremely unprofessional and makes any matter worse by his condescending tone in which he speaks to you. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!!!! If I could give this agency negative stars I would!!

    Complete horrible customer service a few months back me and my wife went into the branch to get her a debit card for the account, we told Warren that we were in a rush and couldn't take long, however, at no point during this visit were we told that there would be a charge for the debit card if we would have been told that upfront we would not have gotten it we didn't need it, it was only a matter of convenience. Well when my wife approached the branch about the charge on our account the Branch Manager Mrs. Dee told her that it was for the debit card. She told her that Warren did not mention this charge to us, Mrs. Dee then brought Warren out of the back and he called my wife a liar and then Mrs. Dee told my wife that she believes Warren over her. Then today 6-9-12 I go into the branch to make a deposit of cash, coin, and check. I was told that I needed to have my coin counted by a machine that charges you to count your coins, last I knew wasn't that in the job description of the teller. So I then left the bank and went to the three closest banks and asked them if I had an account with you and wanted to deposit this change would you accept it as is or would I need a coin machine to count it for me unanimous decision was of course we'd count it and deposit it for you. The coin amount barley exceeds eight dollars.
